**Northrop Grumman Aerospace Aeronautics** is seeking a **Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) or Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3)** to join our Strike division of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in **Palmdale, CA.**
**Essential Functions:**
Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines

**Basic Qualifications for Level 2:**
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 2 year of business experience
MS Office experience including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
This position requires an Active DOD Secret Clearance, with investigation completed within the last 5 years, as well as ability to obtain a Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. (Special Program Access will be required to start)

Bachelor's degree with 6 years of business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 4 year of business experience
MS Office experience including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management)
Advanced Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting
2 years of experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, wInsight, and COBRA
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $68,100.00 - $102,100.00Salary Range 2: $83,800.00 - $125,800.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
